Where Do I Buy Silver?

Where do I buy silver coins, rounds or bullion is one of the very first questions that a person asks when they realize silver is money. A mental shift a person needs to have before they can comfortably settle into precious metals is that it is not a fast-moving investment. The price of silver will be a slow-moving price, as shown with the history it has over the last few years. The price of silver is not something that just shoots up really fast and a person is rich. That has never really happened in history but that is only because it hasn’t happened yet. As of now, there is still time to buy silver but most newcomers have no idea where to purchase silver.

Should I Buy Silver On eBay?

When I first bought silver I had no idea places like Money Metals Exchange even existed. I thought the places a person bought silver were only for people that were not me. As I have always struggled to merely have a pocket to keep my nickel in. Ignorantly I purchased my first stack of 1-ounce silver rounds from eBay. I got all that I ordered and never had a problem with a delivery. My fear of using eBay was based on not only what I have read but also on personal history. One of the first questions I asked myself was how safe was it to buy silver on eBay? Below is a screenshot of the virtually same item on eBay and on Money Metals Exchange.

Two photos showing the price difference of 20 buffalo 1 ounce silver rounds. $1,350 on eBay. $550.00 on Money Metals Exchange for same items.

I Was Naive

When I first started stacking I was naive and ignorant of the entire topic. I wonder how much more silver I would have been stacked if I would have known about reputable exchanges. Does a small-fry account like mine even get good service? Today I am versed in buying silver rounds. If I was not I could have fallen for the eBay price. At $1,350.00 (1st photo/top) for 20 generic 1-ounce silver rounds. Ia person would be ripped off.

When you see the same items (2nd photo/bottom) the stark evidence of the perils of eBay becomes quite apparent. I no longer purchase silver from eBay. Why should I even look at eBay when MMX is half the price and ships for free?

If you are looking for a safe place to purchase your silver that is safe look to Money Metals Exchange. I have made well over 20 purchases and have never been disappointed.

I am expecting an order to be delivered today. If I can get my camera working correctly I hope to show you how well they wrap up things.
