I Am thrilled that two of my close friends that are spread far apart in America want to start with me on 1 March 2021. I am thrilled as I want to help others figure this crap out as I do. It is a team effort of sorts.

Today, as I creep towards the start I have set my goal to 64 ounces of water every day. As I get going on the plan I will be drinking 100 ounces a day, as long as there is no major sweating episode. A person needs to drink at least half of their body weight in ounces daily, as a minimum. If a person is over 200 pounds the limit caps at 100 ounces. If you weigh 180 pounds you should drink 90 ounces daily. Never drink more than 100 on a day without major sweating.
Today I set my daily goal at 64 ounces and I am thinking about the next habit which is sleep. That is a big one.
